Why UVP Lawn care & landscaping and pressure washing exists

I started UVP Lawn Care after working for other landscaping companies that treated every job like a race. Crews would show up, blow through a property in 20 minutes, and leave behind sloppy edges and half-cut grass. I knew there was a better way to run a business, so I built a crew that takes the time to do it right. We listen to what homeowners want, we show up when we say we will, and we do not rush. That approach has kept us busy since day one.

Houston properties are tough. The clay soil does not drain, the heat kills grass if you scalp it, and most backyards have drainage problems that nobody fixed when the house was built. We have learned how to grade yards so water flows away from foundations, how to lay gravel that stays in place, and how to mow in a way that keeps lawns healthy through summer. Jose, Geovoni, and Giovanni have been with me for years, and they know how to handle the specific problems Houston homeowners deal with.

We run the business on same-day response because I know what it is like to need help and get put on a waiting list for three weeks. If you call in the morning, we will usually have someone at your house by afternoon. If we are booked, I will tell you exactly when we can be there. Once we finish a job, most customers put us on their regular schedule because they know we will show up and do the work the same way every time. That is how we built this business, and that is how we plan to keep running it.
