About pressure washing
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or siding?
Not if it's done right. We adjust the pressure and nozzle for each surface. Concrete and brick can handle higher pressure, but wood and stucco need a lighter touch. We've been doing this in Houston long enough to know what each material can take.
How often should I get my driveway pressure washed?
In Houston, once a year is solid maintenance. If you're seeing mold or algae creeping back faster, twice a year makes sense, especially if your driveway gets afternoon shade. We can recommend a schedule based on what we see.
Do you use any chemicals or just water?
We use a light biodegradable cleaner on mold and algae spots to get them off faster and keep them from coming right back. For most other surfaces, high-pressure water does the job. We'll let you know what we're using before we start.
