Grading & Leveling

Grading and leveling means reshaping your yard so it slopes away from your house and drains properly. Houston's clay soil and heavy rain mean water pools fast if the ground isn't right. We bring in equipment to cut high spots and fill low ones, then compact it so it stays put through our wet season.

The work happens in stages. We start by checking where water actually sits after rain, then map out the slope you need. We haul in fill material if necessary, grade it smooth, and make sure the pitch moves water away from your foundation and toward the street or a drainage area. Most jobs in Houston take a few days depending on yard size.

When we're done, you'll notice your mower doesn't tilt anymore, puddles disappear after storms, and your foundation stays drier. The yard looks level and clean, ready for seed or sod if you want a fresh lawn to go with it.
